I'm thinking something along the lines of this: "This Supercharged Monte Carlo is driven by a little devil with a quick temper who loves speed."

Or maybe this one...

"This Monte Carlo is equipped with only one steering wheel. Passengers are strongly advised to sit down, shut up, and don't anger the maniac at the wheel."

I'm leaning more toward the second one.
