Beautiful '57 Chevy photos. Not sure where you found them but they sure are nice.
According to some guy who writes for the LA Times, a restored '57 BelAir is worth close to $210,000.
(wonder if he knows not all '57 Chevies are BelAirs like some people think?)
The information he provided was a '57 Chevy was no where near the car a 2007 Impala is. Why should it be? It's 50 years older then the Impala.
I can tell you some of the guys I talk with, they've done some incredible things with their '55/6/7 Chevies. If you lower the car they do handle better. And if you slap in a 572 big block I doubt the '07 Impala will keep up?
My $0.02 worth the '57 Chevy will be remembered long after the 2007 Impala is long gone.
