1956 Chevy
210 Sport CoupeThe 1956 Chevy 210 had side trim that was similar to the Bel Air, but with only a single trim strip running to the front of the car.

1970 Chevy
Monte Carlo
The Chevy Monte Carlo was a new line for 1970. It was a long hood, short rear deck personal luxury coupe built on a 116 inch wheelbase chassis.

A two door hardtop was the only body syle offered in the Monte carlos line. Standard equipment included was power disk brakes and power steering.

[align=center]There were a total of 15 exterior colours and 5 vinyl top colours to choose from.

You could choose from 5 different engines from the standard 350 cubic inch, 250 hp Turbo-Fire V8 to the 454 cubic inch, 360 hp Turbo-Jet V8 offered with the SS package.

This particular car has the 350 cubic inch, 300 hp V8 and a Turbo Hydromatic 350 transmission.

Other factory options on this car include 15"x7" rally wheels, power windows, misty turquoise exterior colour and white halo vinyl roof.[/align][align=center][/align][align=center][/align]1970 Chevy
Nova SS Here is a really nice 1970 Chevrolet Nova SS. These came with a 350 cubic inch, 300hp V8 engine as standard equipment.

Good call on the '56 Two-Ten vs BelAir. Most people think ALL the cars back then were BelAirs when actually there were three body styles.
Top of the line... BelAir. (2400)
Middle..... Two-Ten. (2100)
Bottom of the line... One-Fifty. (1500)

The turquoise with white vinyl roof Monte belongs to a member of NMCOA. He was also a member on Chevy Talk. A real nice guy.

572 is the largest big block Chevy sells right now.

Stacey David reported he put the very first one in the truck he built (Copper Head) with 3 shots of Nitros Oxide.
