Does anybody know ... for sure ... what's wrong with the site?

I have an associate that I will recommend who can help-out if theres a roadblock or some obstacle confounding the minds trying to debug the system!

they are upgrading the firmware and such...there is a thread about it somewhere, i think patrick made it a sticky but im not sure
