Exclamation Calling all and any athletes~~Insanity&p90x~~

Hey guys and gals,I started Insanity workout tonight and ill tell you what!! I'd like to think im an okay athlete with 830 yards and 8 touchdowns in seven football games, running 12.4 in the 100 meter and 59.00 in the 400 meter.I love doing anything that works my body hard(sports, hay, wood, weightlifting). And ill tell you after the fitness test on insanity about an hour ago im sore, tired, sick(would not suggest alot of drinking before hand..lol) and i have a better pump than I ever have had from any sport! I will be continuing the whole 60 day workout, and so far I would suggest this to any one who wants to get in shape My sister, father, and I are all doing this

I have the p90x discs and they are brutal. But honestly, I get bored doing the SAME disc over and over and over at home.

I much prefer just going to a gym.

My Buddy was in good shape from weight training and he's done both of these. He took pics from start to finish and it really was a big difference. The funny thing is he wears everything loose fitting so nobody really knows how ripped he is.
