I know several of our Member's are considering buying a Home & a garage for their Monte Carlo ?, or attempting to
sell their present home (Sweet Home).

I'm posting the below information for those member's so
they know what's happening in the housing market..

I've learned it pays to do your homework & a lot of research
before you spend your hard earned $'s, or $'s for mod's & your Monte Carlo ? I know & have read about so many that owe so much more on their homes then they are worth 4-Sure...There's so many sad stories about people that have lost so much of their investment I hope the below helps a member...Good Luck

I don't think the market can fall much more than it already has. I'm glad I bought when I did and will only make money if i ever sell. If any members are gonna buy a house remember just because your approved for 200000 doesn't mean you have to spend that much.

 

i am currently looking. just making sure before i make the plunge that i can afford everything. sadly i think the mods for the monte will have to stop for awhile
