This is not a dead thread after all...

I wasn't finished! But the Bronco is getting close! The thread has been dormant since last December and not much was actually going on with the Bronco that entire time. The body shop tied it up for a total of 10 months before I got it back. And I'm not that thrilled with the caliber of body work to be honest. But I've actually had it back for a couple of weeks now, but had it out for some mechanical work.

As you can see below, I was going for an OJ Simpson look. I like having a famous car. I drive a #8 Bud car. I used to have a Firebird just like Knight Rider. What else am I going to do with a Bronco? Its the same year as OJ's too. The body shop was supposed to paint the cap white too, which they did not, presumably to save the cost on paint that they would have to eat. Now I will likely paint the cap myself, but probably not white. I don't wanna get the wrong white and have it look all screwed. So inspite my OJ ambitions, the truck has already started to go its own direction.

I only have a few preliminarary photos. The truck still really needs a wash and wax.
Here's pic 1:

Proof it still exists! That is the same truck! Over the last year I acquired a few "scores" - those new wheels (used) cost me $100 for the set - they're in great shape. The new headlights and clear markers were $125 shipped.

I have more later probably, but it really does need a cleaning, new tire cover, little things. But I'm ready for winter this time!

Welcome to the modern Chevy/classic Ford camp!! If we can call a '95 a classic. The body shop must have had a field day with that truck. That stuff is hard to do. My Torino has several blemishes. Just don't show them to us and we won'tk now.

I'm glad you have a happy ending, usually when a body shop get in over there head you get a project back in boxes if at all. Your Bronco looks good.
