i have a spoiler now does anyone have any expiernece if i trunk mounted rack oul stil would and if so will it scratch up the spoiler someone recomend a brand my dad has a thule hitch one but im not putting on a hitch **** the extra weight

 

Do you mean the type of rack where the bike hangs off the back of the car? My 1991 Z24 had the luggage rack on the trunk instead of a spoiler. It leaked like crazy, and I could never find it.

I would think if you put a bike rack on the trunk, you'd have to remove the spoiler. But I'm not 100% on that.

 

i mean the ones that strap on but i saw one on ebay that had it on a maxima with a smilarly sized spoiler

 

I have one that has straps that go to the top of the trunk lid. I think it would work without scratching but I think the straps would put unwanted pressure on the spoiler.
