First ride in a car was probably an early 70's Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser station wagon.
Car I took my drivers test was an 84 Pontiac Sunbird LE sedan
My first car was a 93 Pontiac Sunbird LE coupe
My first Chevy was my 03 Monte Carlo SS

My first ride in a car was in a '54 Mercury station wagon that my parents owned.
My first ride in a Mopar was in a '57 Chrysler 300C I used to own.
My first love affair was with a '69 Camaro Z28 I used to own.
My first driving experience was in a '61 Impala SS.
My first car was a '64 Pontiac LeMans w/GTO option.
My driver ed car was a '73 Buick LeSabre.
The car I took my drivers test in was a '63 Impala SS.
My first car to get registered was a '64 Pontiac LeMans w/GTO option.
All of my cars have been real.
I didn't learn about love in the back of a car, but had some great times at the drive-in.
My daughter came home in my '72 Chevy V8 Vega Wagon.
I've never purchased a brand new car.

O.k Here goes from memory......?

My first ride in a car was in a 1960 something ? I was adopted. It may have been a mid 60's Chev. ?
My first ride in a Mopar , not sure about that one ?
My first love affair was seeing the "Batmobile" on t.v. for the first time
My first driving experience was the riding lawnmower then my dad's 80 something Fiat.
My first car was a 1972 Chevelle Concours Estate Wagon.
My drivers ed car was 1980 Chev. Malibu.
The car I took my drivers test in was a 1978 Chev. Chevette.
My first car to get registered was a 1978 Chevette 4 door
My first real car was a 1985 Cavalier Type 10 Hatchback.
My first and only new car was a 1985 Cavalier Type 10
I no longer own any of these cars, some of them I regret letting go .
I would kind of like to have the Wagon back again.

My first ride in a car was in my moms 88 ford tempo.
My first ride in a Mopar was my great grandpas 74 chrysler new yorker
My first love affair was with my great grandmas 63 chrysler newport 4 door hard top. it was her first car. she bought it from her own husband. it sits in my backyard now.
My first driving experience was in a 97 ford explorer and or a 93 oldsmobile 88
My first car was the Monte
The car I took my drivers test in was 07 explorer
My first car to get registered was the Monte
My first real car was the Monte

I am glad that you are all enjoying this thread. Automobiles have been called nothing more than disposable appliances. As far as I see it, the only thing that differentiates a car from your toaster or refrigerator is the memories and the emotions. I've never seen anybody get emotional about a toaster or a refrigerator except maybe when they don't work. All you need to do is read any post on this forum to see the memories and emotions that we tie to our cars. Thanks for sharing your memories with the rest of us. Gregg
