Another DE edition in town
I saw another car like mine the other day except it didn't have tinted windows. The only other time I've seen one was at the dealership when they came out.
I also saw a 6th gen painted a burnt orange color the same day. Never have seen either one of those before.
Sure are lot's of Mustangs running around here. I was in Walmart parking lot the other day, just waiting in the car while hubby ran in for something. A guy came out, hopped into the Mustang beside me and thought he was all that. Squawled his tires across the parking lot. Like I was impressed, LOL, don't think so.

'Stangs don't "Intimidate" me none! It's that 'lil 4 bang'r that's usually parked next to the Intimidaor that intimidates me. We haven't had any good weather so far this winter, but I'm afraid that 'lil Solstice GXP is goin' to pull a whoopin' on Dale. 260hp and 2,900 lbs. 0-60 in 5.3, top end of 142.
I know what you mean about the Mustinks.
There's so many 'stangs around here, I think they breed when two park side by side.
Most of the people driving them around here are guys who think they're professional racers. Only to get their doors blown off by a ricer in a 4 banger. Hilarious to watch.
I used to get 'stang drivers challenging me, back when I had my '91 Z24. They thought they were challenging a stock Z24, 130-140hp stock. They found out the hard way, mine was a sleeper. Loved the looks on their faces when my (slightly modded) 3.1 litre V6 was keeping up with their 5.0
I always thought it was kind of cowardly for a Mustang GT to be challenging cars that are obviously no match for them.
Back on topic though...
I saw a Monte exactly the same as Becky's driving past me about a month ago. Still dripping wet from the car wash. It looked REALLY good!
Nice choice of Monte Becky!

tell me about it my girl just bought her a stank 99 im pizzed, but she's exicted, till i said you wanna race and blew her away, though i think hers only has 200hp reg v-6. mine (was) stock 240 now its more i hate that thing parked outside myhouse it makes me look bad lol
if that was a GT it would have been a tight race with the GT prevailing though... come on guys, the V6 'stangs are slow... but those V8's are beasts, if you don't believe me, race one.
Thanks Taz
I believe those things are breeding - like rabbits. We went across town this evening and I decided to count cars. 26 stangs - 4 Monte's. I'm sure I missed a few. I lost count on Luminas.

Duane, I do not supprt street racing. It's dangerous.
But ask a guy in a white Stang GT w/V8 under the hood. He went away with his tail between his legs when a white '94 Dodge Shadow ES smoked his Stang off the line one day.
Wonder who the driver of the Dodge Shadow was?
Was this Dodge Shadow "looking" to show the Stang driver up? Not really.
So what was the driver of this 14 year oldDodge thinking? He was irritated the Stang driver kept creaping up, reving the engine, trying to look like Joe Kewl.
The crossing gates went up, and the Stang was looking at the tail lights of this old car.
He turned right not long after trying to save face to the onlookers who witnessed the event.
