2015 Buick Grand National
For those of you who have not yet seen it, here is the web page for the 2015 Grand National. Unlike the Chevy SS, THIS car makes the grade! IMO. 2015 Buick Grand National and GNX: 25 Cars Worth Waiting For 2014–2017 – Future Cars – Car and Driver

If they are referring to the grey car in the pic, the 4 door car, then I have to say that I hang my head in shame. The original Grand National's were beautiful cars that seriously hauled a#$, that should be labeled as a skylark or regal. Just my opinion. I am sure the driveline with rock with that much power but the looks just don't do the grand nationals' of yesteryear any justice.

This is true, it is a 4 door. But the arrival gave me the impression that there was going to be a 2 door manual Trans model as well! If you can get to my Facebook page there is a better article with much more detail. And the car looks much better in Black!

It's just not the same... If this is actually true, then I wish they would keep those names dormant. If you really think about it, this is just saying they're going to sell an ATS at a cheaper price. No 2 door, no real design, I hope it's vaporware but if it's not I hope it looks more squared off and menacing (like the 2011-2014 Charger). IF not, name it Century, name it Skylark, Skyhawk, whatever just don't bother with the Grand National and GNX names.

This is true. You can follow the evolution of the Camaro and the Monte. But look at the Impala and Malibu, they look nothing like there namesakes . I think GM is afraid to do Retro Hot rods despite the success that Ford and Chrysler is having with theirs.

Ide still take one. Yea they don't look like the originals etc but time changes cars. More research has been done to improve things which is how cars evolve into what they are now. The boxed look looks great but has horrible aerodynamics hence why there more rounded for one example.
I'll consider trading in the ST for one if I like it in person and like how it drives. So far so good in my eyes!
