no thanks....a matte black would be a hassle

 

^I like it but could never afford one.I would paint my car that color - but cant even afford the paint to do it it appears to have a shine in some of the pictures.but for that price I could buy a home.

I would love to own an M3 or even the new M1 but I wouldnt be able to get past having to be lumped in with the rest of the d bags that drive beemers around here. Plus the price for what you get just isnt that great. Maybe 20k less and it would be worth it.

 

i like it! for the money no. but its a cool car. love the color. i have always been a fan of that matte black color. id paint my car that color right now if i had the money.

 

i like the color but thats about it. The car is nice but definently should just come in simple matallic colors instesd of (very expensive) primer. lol

 

I honestly believe BMW keeps their prices that high on purpose. To intentionally keep their cars out of the price range of "common" people. They want to keep their customers feeling exclusive.

 

They have a good business in their certified used bmw's for the "common" person. It gives the 2 year lease to the rich business guys and then they resell the same car again to the common person who can finally afford it.

 

My fiance has owned a couple of used M3's in the past. Pretty cool car - but I'm not liking the paint on the new one.
