triple edge
pretty excited, have my date at the end of this month to drop my monte off at triple edge for the new trans and david is changing the to 329 gears while hes in there , anyone tell how they like theirs afterwards ? thanks ric
well i got my TEP rebuild last year, had it shipped to a trust worthy shop and boom been loving it ever since, i put around about 11k on it so far, love going far distances
thats great to hear owen , pretty nice i live couple hours from fort wayne so tep can do the whole job , it will be nice to see how she runs in the no slip zone lol !! thanks for the insight i thought it might be a good choice , heard others talk about tep but not anything about the gear change until i talked to david at tep , so thanks again
Dave is a wonderful guy that builds an amazing time!
Many people go to the 329's on na or supercharged cars. Most turbo cars run the 293's as it's a little easier on the chain and helps keep it from stretching as fast. Me personally I am running a GMR 1" 311 chain and gear set. Very few of these were made and are very hard to find and very expensive. They are the strongest out there though so I sourced it and went with it.
Best of luck with this, your gonna love it!

Turbo Monte (John) probably knows way more about this trans then he ever wanted to know. The knowledge comes in handy!
I dread the day it's my turn for a new trans, but I'm sure it's coming.
