Well, I get a call today and it turns out that the Monte I was looking at is back on the market. The other people could not get the financing need to buy it so the guy called me today. I might hold off on him for a day or two to get the price down a bit. he wants $4,900. I think I can get it for at least 3900.00 out the door. its fully loaded, 100K on the odo. 2 owners. what do you guys think?
