I can say that MAY be the issue with your spark plugs having so much carbon they may not be igniting when you attempt to accelerate, it may throw itself to a hestiation or a jerk. Mine did this, and after my seafoam treatment, no longer does. Seafoam will help for awhile but ultimately, Im going to need to do a early tune up. I will probably seafoam one more time, my engine, injectors, and gas tank, and throttle one more time before I do a complete tune up.
I would try this first, and then see how that works out. You can tell if u have alot of carbon in your engine if one day she runs super fast, then the next sluggish. I suggest try driving her really REALLY hard when you seafoam the gas tank so you can push the carbon out, and then when you run that tank out, go back to babying her if thats how u drive. but litterally, drive like a A hole, you got the HP for it. Remember, she may have low miles, but shes still over 5 years old, shes not a new car ^_^;

Well it most deff helps, I would just suggest following that link to do a full treatment. Like i stated I filled up with premium, used seafoam to break down and clean it out, then used it all up. I had hesitation during that time, but now, it doesnt hesiate at all. I would really only trust seafoam addidive in my tank, other than that, i havent really used any others. Im gonna seafoam treatment my oil tonight and let it soak in overnight and then oil change tomarrow.

Up-date: Last Friday I added Sea Foam Engine Treatment 1/2 to oil, 1/2 to gas. Also 1/2 can of Trans Tune to Tranny Fluid. At first car seemed to be running smooth and good but through the days noticed afew almost slips and on expressway tranny seemed hesatating a bit. May take some time to work in. On a good note Engine Oil seems to be stable (no loss of oil). So I am guessing the engine problem may be resolved. Also noticing a rattling noise coming from exhuast. Someone told me that a sensor in the muffler is going or gone. Have noticed it to be noiser in the last few months.

Make SURE you change you oil after about 100m, you have to about 200m until it gets too cloggy for the filter, but make sure you change that ASAP. I didnt change my trans fluid and just got it checked as well, mines only generating about 17 pressure, most engine on avg generate about 22+ from what I hear. Ls4 engines maybe higher so mines in good

What he was saying was change the oil. Seafoam is an engine cleaner, NOT meant to be left in.
You only run seafoam in the oil for 100 miles, then change to fresh oil & filter.
