Hi there. I just recently purchased a 2004 Monte carlo SS and the seek button on the steering wheel does not light up and does not work. The cruise control button does work. Does anyone know if just the Seek buttons for the radio can be replaced,or does the cruise button thats underneath it need replacing also. Any ideals on how to replace the buttons? Thank you in advance.

Yes, all buttons on the steering wheel can be replaced.
Only problem is they're hard to come by, without going to a dealership to swap one of your limbs for them.
There is a thread in here somewhere, step by step on how to replace them.
I'm too lazy to search for it. Good luck.
