Default NEWBIE HERE NEEDS HELP PLEASE

Hello gang,

I just inherited a 1995 MC/Z34.Black on black. Its cool. The only problem I have is the brakes and you all prolly know the story.I located a later model and I want to do a swap on the front and rear.I went to w-body.com but its not a step by step insrtuction. He just says the parts will work.
Anyone done it on here and could you guide me to a link or place that has the step by step instructions?
Thanks guys look forward to blogging with you all.

i know there is a step by step on the web out there. I might even have the link to LOL
but give me a day or so to find it. other wise im sure someone here has the link or has done it.
From what i can remeber on it , It is litterly just get the parts unbolt yours and then replace the brake line with the longer one and then bolt all the stuff back togeather. But make sure your wheels will fit with the new set up also

I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you, alls I can offer is that I've done something like this to a previous car. First place to start is the books like they haynes repair manuals, etc. Compare the procedure to replacing your caliper, to replacing the caliper on the donor car. You should be able to deduct and figgure out where the differences are and what would need to be done.

Sorry, wish I had better advice than just [sm=icon_rtfm.gif] but I don't have experience doing that myself. Otherwise I'd have a step by step ready for you!
