Hi and welcome. Hopefully you will find in the days and weeks to come thateven though you think there is nothing special in your car, your car is actually very special.
There is a very proud following of 3.9 owners here. This engine has had nothing but high praise and even won a Motor Trend or Car & Driver award for innovation and design.
We feel that GM has very special plans for this engine and used the Monte Carlo as an entry and test platform for it and that they are very pleased.
Our local news guru, Spacerider has been keeping his long range sensors active for any or all news of the 3.9 platform and of it praises and criticisms. Watch out for his reports.
