Thank you all for the warm welcome. Answers for a few of the questions asked:
it's a 2001 and from what I can tell it has every option available for the SS that year. Top stereo, high sport package, sunroof, heated seats, etc. It is torch red and the paint is like new, wheels have no pits or corrosion - people ask me all the time if it is brand new. They are shocked when I tell them it is 11 years old. Anyway, it has 137K miles which again you would never guess by looking at it. I am the third owner since new. I will post pics as soon as I get some (if I can figure out how). There is one flaw in the interior that is driving me crazy!!! The cover for the DS Air bag is off center and the white housing beneath is showing. Like a speck of fly poo in milk it really stands out in an otherwise perfect interior. I don't want to mess with it too much without knowing what I'm doing, don't want the air bag to deploy. There doesn't seem to be any latch or screws holding it so I assume it snaps on but I'll be buggered if I can figure it out. Ant help would be appreciated.

The air bag is held in with 3 studs (no bolts or screws).

What part of Ohio are you in?
