Getting mostiure inside the lens around gasket? My wifes Malibu will blow taillight after rain or wash sometimes.

Sometimes the bulb if purchased at Walmart or O Riley's might do that I have had that happen a few times. The parts guy at GM told me to buy from the GM or Napa when I did they stayed working? Don't know why but ...............
You may have an issue with the relays on the fans my sons Monte back a few years back had that issue they put in a new relay switch and it worked out. His was a 5th gen Monte the relay switch as I recall was in the wiring line near the front of the car. But it has been to long since this happened to be certain. You may need to see the Spady guys there in Hastings if they are still around. Not sure if that will help but I recall we changed some things on his car, to make it work. He went to College in Hasting and Kearney.

Try pulling back the switch for the high beams an hold it there but don't allow it to click on the high beams an test the brake lights that should illuminate the taillights.
