New Member - Long time Monte Owner
Afternoon - New here but I've owned a 1970 Monte for about 35 years. Was bought brand new by my Grandpa and it's been in the family since. I am the second Owner. It has a little over 48k on the clock. Sat under a tarp for about 20 years before I drug it out and started working on it. Took about 7 years - on again off again work but it's nearly complete now. Complete frame off about 3 years ago - been in storage for the last two. A few things left include new headliner, New door panels and arm rests. Need to install the front inner fender wells and clean up some wiring. Also plan to upgrade to a CS130 or CS144 alternator to handle the electric fans.
Work done - Body & Paint, Carpet, seat upholstery, 383 - 030 over 4 bolt, comp cams roller, Lunati rotating, World Products heads, etc etc. built 200R trans, complete mechanical rebuild = brakes, steering, suspension, etc........
More to come!

Hello and Welcome to the forum!
When I started reading your upgrades and such, the World heads caught my attention. Your doing a very nice note worthy resurrection , it will make your Grandpa very proud. Thanks for joining the forum for sure...
