Nice ride and at a nice price. They went off the floor new for approx $33,000. 9 grand off for sitting 2 years. 
You'll get tons of opinions on exhaust and checking out the exhaust topic is the best. Common brands though are: Dynomax, Borla, SLP, Corsa, Magnaflow, Flowmaster, and others.
