Hey what s up!

I got a 2004 MC, non SS, with a 3400. I first came to this site a little over a year ago when I was looking for a cold air intake. I just couldn't find one. So I made my own with parts ordered from the web. I see a lot of home made CAI and I like what I see. Here's mine, first of all I KNOW my engine is DIRTY, but where I live its no use cleaning the engine bay cause the next day it'll be dirty again.







For the computer I cut the stock air box in half and left the bottom half so could mount the computer. I used aluminum brackets that I bent and bolted down, It;s been holding for over a year with no problems






Please excuse all the dirt and grime. It gave a noticeable difference , especially in the lower end, more oomph. On freeway the mid rpm have a good kick. No dyno just seat of the pants dyno.

Thanks for the welcomes! I'm afraid to post pics from the outside, if you think the engine is dirty...man wait till you see the outside I think I got around $80, I don't really remember but less than $100 in the CAI.
