Thanks everybody for the warm welcome to the forums. I'm from the south part of Illinois, around the Marion/Carbondale area for those who were wondering. Also thanks much to the warm wishes during college, i'm looking to get into law enforcement so the luck will definately will be needed.

Really? Then how far away are you from Saint Louis? I live about 45 min north but I come to IL for events like Midnight Madness at Gateway a lot. What college are you going to?

I'm probably about an hour and a half - 2 hours south of St .Louis. I'm going to a small communtiy college for now called John A. Logan.
