After 5 years, I finally got my hands on another Monte Carlo, everything aside from the sunroof and the black interior is the same as my last. Hi, I'm Zafira, 24. I'm not good at introductions. I got another 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo 3.8L SS at 83,789 miles and I couldn't be happier with her. I work as a technician been doing that for 5 years. I'm not too interested in clubs and all that so when it comes to clubs, drinking and stuff I tend to not be around for that, don't like crowded places. I'm an Avid movie goer, in terms of music, I vibe with anything pretty much. I don't have a set genre of songs, anything with a good bass and catchy lyrics will catch my attention.
For movies, I'm a big Transformers fan, not sure if it will be seen that well in the pictures I post but my little Neon in the back is my Decepticon and honestly thinking of making this Monte an Autobot since my last one was a Decepticon, may make this one a Decepticon as well, who knows. I still have some things I need to get done with it first. I'm not into sports, I'm a little too asthmatic for anything that requires running. I don't really watch TV anymore, I'm mainly on Hulu or Netflix.
When I sadly lost our other Monte, IT, to a fire I was devastated and to rub salt into the wound, it happened on my moms birthday. From that day I searched for another one, I came across many but I specifically wanted another Jade one with a tan leather interior so I passed on a lot of them. I wasn't able to find another one with Tan leather interior but when I saw her I knew she was the one. The sunroof was a bonus because it wasn't listed as having one so imagine my surprise when she rolls off the transport with a sunroof. She has a black leather interior with heated seats, which works for me, I have dogs and you wont see the dirt as well like with Tan lol. She has a long road to go as far as me adding Mods like a turbo and a better muffler to give her a low growl but in all honesty, I'm tempted to just leave her stock.
Fun fact: I have 4 extra rims for her. I took the rims off of IT when she caught fire with the intent on putting them on my next Monte should it not have the rims in the photos. Well, she has the same rims so I have an extra set of 4 rims just migrating through the house.
Anyway, I'm not here for me, I'm here for her so here is Tazz (and her brother Pudge doing a cameo) Headlights match the taillights Ignore the blue tape, the girl got a new windsheild Pudge's front end isn't damaged, he just looks like that no matter what angel he's viewed from
!
Welcome!
I am a Transformer's fan from the G1 cartoon in the 80's. The 1986 animated movie I feel is better than any of the present day Michael Bay films (and I feel the Michael Bay films did not get good until Marc Walburg appeared). But, if it is of any value, in the original series, the general rule was Autobots ruled the ground because shy of a weird continuity topic in the first episode, Autobots could not fly, except the ones that actually transformed into a plane. And ALL Decepticons can fly regardless what they transform into. It wasn't until the episodes introducing the Aerialbots did the Autobots have an actual presence in the sky and then the Decepticons fought back with creating the Stunticons (cars and a semi truck). And both sets were five that merged to create one large transformer.
I loved the cartoon series and probably remember more than I should. Such as, who was Optimus Prime, before he was Optimus Prime?
