Default Monte carlo ss 2003

I've owned my Monte since i purchased it 2002, 90,600 miles on it now. I replaced my A/C Blower Motor, Blower Resistor and Cabin Air Filter. At first the AC did not work at all, i check all the fuses, (fuses good) unplugged and replugged in the resistor, then it worked all speeds. the next day it did not work, the "Cruise" light on the dashboard came on when i turn the fan switch "On" when i turn it "Off" the light goes off. I believe its and electric issue, i just don't know where to look, Any Help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank You

I had the same thing happen. Crusie light would come on and did not have it set, blower motor would not work then it would start working. And the home link thing on the roof wouldn't display anything when it was all acting up. Brought the car too the shop and it was the ignition switch causing all the problems, switched that out and haven't had a problem since, its been well over a year now

How expensive is the Ignition Switch and how difficult is it to replace, i TRY to do most of my own work on the car, if it's with in reason.
