Just wanted to introduce myself
Well I'm new to the forum, but not to GM cars. Not much to really say about me, I have a Cutlass and a Camaro but I may change one of them for a Monte Carlo, depending on how things go. Anyways, I'll probably be browsing here for a bit sooo yeah, dont know what else to say other than I'd like a 72 MC or a 86 SS one day, but if I need a DD with a trunk, I'd probably get a 2000-2005 SS.
Thanks for the welcome. Seems like you guys have a nice laid back forum here.
My Cutlass is a 94 with the 3.4 engine. It's more closely related to the 1995-1997 Monte Carlo's that had that same engine.

Maaaayyyybeeeee
Actually, I found the Cutlass looking for a Monte Carlo. I was dead set on an Impala or Monte Carlo, but since most were overpriced at the time (miles to price ratio), I started looking for 80's Cutlass Supremes... That's how I found the convertible. The convertible ran, drove, didn't need any major work (or so I thought at that time), and it was cheap so I bought it. I opened a can of worms when the Alternator went bye bye because I was trying to go to the Olds Homecoming. What started as an alternator job ended up being a timing belt and serpentine belt job, which I don't regret doing because the engine is almost top notch (except for this funky idling issue I have, but doesn't matter once it's running).
