& id love to have this pace car ^^^^^^^

each one of these pace cars has it on the side facing the back glass

Yeah, it's possible the factory didn't install it for the original owner. Then someone installed it based on those pictures on the internet.

I looked at your pictures. Great car. Congratulations on such a nice, and rare car. It does look very well cared for.

Here's a picture of the rear of the 2000 pace car in my town. This is how your spoiler decal would have looked like from the factory. Minus the "Ray Cullen" dealership badge of course.

I like it either way.

03JGMonte...

Here's the official pace car I like best so far. It's the 2003 Rock & Roll 400 pace car.

In this picture, you can see why the "Team Monte Carlo" decal was put on the front of the spoiler on the actual pace cars. The strobe lights were on the back of the spoiler.

On the pace car replicas, such as ares, they are located on the back of the spoiler for the exact reason Taz brought up.... so yours is probably on the wrong side being a replica.

This is very interesting information.. are there any original owners here that may have the original decal installation instructions? I'm going to leave the spoiler sticker as-is until further notice. thanks for the comments on my car. it is really clean, but has wax residue in the nooks and crannies. i just got it a couple days before christmas and have not had time to detail it out yet. carfax has me as third owner with the first two in tennessee, which is where i got it.

Good job on the Pace Car pics.
Those are bad-***!
Would love to own a replica of those, with the same decal scheme.
