Just got a 2004 Monte Carlo SS Supercharged Intimidador
I noticed the SS and Intimidator emblems missing from the drivers side quarter panel as well. I think he might cut a right hand turn too short and brushed the curb but hard to know without seeing it in person. But with only 56,000 miles that car is practically brand new. Like I said before I personally would offer him $14,000 and see if he goes for it but if he didn't and if I had the money I would pay him what he is asking. 56,000 miles is nothing and the price he's asking is right around half price of what the car sold for new.

You raised a great question about missing badges. As for the price, it is tough to say. We are now seeing various special edition 6th gen Montes with low miles (some are so low the car would still be considered factory fresh), on auction sites like BringATrailer and are getting over $15k or more. So sure, this 2004 Intimidator has been driven AND there needs to be an answer about the missing badges, plus I noticed the floor mats are NOT the GM floor mats for the car (they don't even say Intimidator and I am I am pretty sure that car came with Intimidator mats) and I noticed after market coil packs (which is very odd in my book for a car with that low of miles), hard to say exactly what the car is worth. In the end, it is worth what someone will pay.
A few years back, I watched a local dealer selling a 2003 Monte Pace Car with about 50-60k miles. I think they started it at $15k and every week, dropped the price. Not sure if it was sold or went to auction. So you might want to keep an eye on this.
the dealer said the emblems could have been just taken off..lol,i grew up in a lincoln merc dealership..its funny what they come up with..i offered him 8 so far and said i will think about a counter offer...i got my car for 4k some yrs ago..it has 151k on it now..i do like it and would love another one..all the coils went on my car and replaced them with msd ones..its been on site for 30 days now i think..im sure im the only one that asked about it lol....al

I have had a lot of years with these coil packs. GM has used them since at least 1993. I have owned a 1993 Buick Century, 1993/1994/2002/2004 Grand Ams and 2004/2000 Monte Carlos that all use these coils (not to mention the friends and family cars I have wrenched on over the years). I find factory coils last near forever. I think I have only ever replaced 3 of them. And right now, my current 2004 Grand Am and both Monte Carlos are running on junk yard L67 coils. The coils on the Grand Am were junk yard, put on my 1994 and now my 2004 Grand Am. I have NO idea how old or how many miles these have. I have seen factory coils exceed 200k miles easily. This is why I find it odd a car with 53k miles has new coils (not impossible for them to fail, just odd).
As for pricing, the biggest item is the Intimidator edition. I got my 2004 Monte back in 2008 with 52k miles on it (now has a little over 90k) for $9k.
I think your offer for a car that is near mint of this mileage and age is certainly fair.

i was getting misfires ..thats why i changed the coils..1 went first then another, when second one was failing i replaced them all..i got mine with 89k on it and it was 4k..i send the dealer a listing for one that was 8400,he remarked that the left quarter front of the wheel had some rot...i said doing bodywork for 15 yrs, that was not an issue and that car had like 70k on it..
Something strikes me as off with this Monte, in that all the red piping next to ground effects is missing. I see on other Intimidator images on the internet they all have red piping., but then Driver03 has a pic of one without piping too, weird? Ground effects should be silver too.? Passenger side fender brace under hood has a bolt looks corroded away, missing. Actaully a few rusty bolts, flood car? Engine cover sits weird, but is there, looks like oil filler extension is missing or he just laid the cover over its position for photo, perhaps its been in the trunk. Back seat cushion has about a quarter size hole (long piece between back rest, seat cushion, drivers side..
Then the 4 way hazard switch on dash is punched in, dash been off? License plate filler missing, no window decals, wrong lug nut covers, missing emblems (took off, lol, yea right) then spend a couple hundred and make it more presentable for the money being asked. Agree with Maniac, wet car is odd, paint protection is very poor. To present a car for sale with all the pics, an extra 30 min to dry and buff would have shown the seller cared more about car, especially as a dealership trying to get top dollar or some bites. The C.O.A. looks like a photo copy, wish it was more of a close up to provide detail.
I think 8k is more than fair...
