Member: jdizz,
How many miles on your 3.4L ?
You stated in your profile that you job is selling auto parts,
but your funds are low I can relate
I suggest just keep'in your Monte cleaned, & tuned,
and look for a 3.8L, or drive your 2000LS until you can afford
to update to a later model `Monte Carlo SS.

I've read on the MCF how difficult it is 2 build `up a
3.4L compared to the 3.8L.
Wish U Good Luck on your decision, & what is best for
you & your budget.
I've found that there is always someone faster out there
on your `Highways of `life.
"Knowledge + $'s = Power"
"I've found there is always someone with more $'s then me 2"
4-$ure

Yes the L36 is the 3.8 engine. L67 is the 3.8 engine supercharged.

Go to milzymotorsports.com and look at what they have for the 3400. I know they have ported intake and exhaust manifolds and they also have throttle bodies. Could probably do all 3 for under 1000.
