Default Intermediate Steering Shaft

hello everyone. i joined the forum so i could find information about problems with a "clunk" that seemed to be from the front suspension when going over bumps and dips. i've read many responses saying that it was the Intermediate steering shaft that needed to be lubed up. but i noticed this was for newer monte carlo's. i have a 1995 and i get the "clunk" all the time. anyone else believe that's it's most likely the "ISS" anyway? any help would be fantastic!

I had an older guy walk up to me and ask me what year was my "Lumina." No matter how much in denial I am, reality hit, this car is still a Lumina at heart. So I would also guess that a '95 would have the same basic mechanics.
