Right now, your account is in the "awaiting email confirmation" stage. If you received an email from the forum, you need to reply to it. Then you can set up your avatar and such.

If you didn't get the confirmation email, administrator "chibiblacksheep" or myself can take care of it for you manually.

As for members in Ohio. There's a lot of members in the Ohio/Michigan/Illinois area. They meet up together occasionally. I'm sure they'd be happy to see you come out also. The more, the better.
