Yes it's a decal it covers the part that said LIMITED EDITION..
Some people said I should put a LIMITED EDITION guage in my car
so I bought the decal . An said now I have a one of one gauge.LOL
I bought them at Custom Decals by FastDecals.com
it is custom made to order I got 2 for $6 shipped ..
