Hi new member- 2000 SS
my name is Dennis from Orlando,Fl. - just bought my SS a few weeks ago and will post pics soon. Just replaced rear pads and rotors today along with a rr hub and bearing assembly. Yesterday replaced the plastic coolant tubes (top one was leaking) with aluminum ones. I had cat/resonator and both factory mufflers removed and put Thrush glasspack where resonator was, a little drone but a lot nicer than before. For next mods looking into pcm change and cai setup - so if anyone has suggestions please let me know thanks!

Hello and Welcome to the forum!
Sounds like you know how to get your hands dirty. Those coolant elbows can be a bear. A moderator here on the forum can actually do PCM changes for you as a side buisness of his, he knows what changes work better than others depending on what your trying to do.
Thats what your Monte needed, someone who wants to make her come alive!! She lives!!

Congrats on your new purchase! We look forward to seeing some pics as well as keeping us informed as your Mods continue! As mentioned previously by other members... Jason (Maniac) does some PCM updateing as well as make improvements... I too have had some PCM work done from him and Mine has shown vast improvement in Fuel economy and performance!
I'd also like to invite you to join in on the conversation in the Daily Blog.. whether you just read whats there about our members daily activitys or decide to post and just say hi!
Thanks again for joining the MCF Family!

Welcome Dennis! Great to see another Monte owner join the ranks here. Look forward to pics of your new baby!
First, thanks everyone for the PCM referrals
As for the PCM stuff, if you are looking for some minor changes, I'm happy to help. I included a link below to what I can offer (if you have questions, feel free to contact me and I'll answer them as best I can):
