oh man me too I miss the monte dash, the 06-07 is at least sorta different, but I wanted everything to work factory and using the old cluster would been nearly impossible electrical wise

 

I completely understand the issues with the 00-05 vs 06+ cluster. I wonder if the Impala cluster you have would fit the 06-06 Monte dash (assuming you would want to go to a Monte dash).

Wonder if you could swap the plastic shells for the clusters or adapt some how.

 

I could figure it out, I plan on building another one with a much cleaner shell, this one has some rust from me letting it sit in a field with tall grass for a year (oops) and soon will be unusable, I will find a rust free car down south with a bath motor or something for cheap and re do it hopefully with the 06-07 dash.
