I just found this Forum. I have been a fan of Monte Carlos since the '73 model was introduced. I was a freshman in high school, and pretty car crazy. The articles in car mags drove me crazy with lust for the European handling, front suspension design, et al. Heck, you could buy one for about $3500 or so, brand-new. I thought they were The Stuff, but I never got one.
Now I'm still a car guy, and I am going to look at a black '76 tomorrow after work. I'm really looking forward to learning a lot on this forum.
