There's no reason you couldn't trust craigslist over anything else. Just have to be smart, do your research on a car. Make a thread and ask us if the car looks ok, things to look for. etc. etc. Test driving doesn't mean you HAVE to buy it. If they don't let you test drive, don't bother.
