Default Gauge Lights Stopped Working?

I own a 1999 Monte Carlo LS and just recently the gauge lights have stopped working. The gauges themselves (fuel, speed, temp, etc.) all still function. I searched around on the web & a lot of people said check the dimmer switch, but if I push it up all the way to turn the dome light on it still works. I also looked at the fuses in the box by the passenger door but they all look fine... Also worth noting is that I have an aftermarket Pioneer radio installed and works fine but has been on the car since I bought it & the only thing I've changed is put new white marker lights on, but that was long before I had this problem. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it, it's really frustrating driving at night and using the dome light to tell my speed...

I had this exact same problem in my 04 SS this morning. According to the owners manual the same fuse runs the front parking lights and they work. I rotated the switch back and forth and can make it turn on the dome light but no gauge, radio, or AC lights.

It's pretty freaky driving in 75+mph traffic on the highway with no way to see how fast you are going at 5-6am in the morning.
