First time Monte (pictures included)
Hi guys,
My name is Nick and I live in Columbus, Ohio. 26 years old.
Just picked up an 87 Monte Carlo SS with the burgundy paint job on it.
It's rough around the edges but i only gave $1000 for it.
Story behind the car is, some kid put some 24's under it with no lock lugs. Someone came and jacked his car up, took the rims and the catalytic converter.
It gets repo'd for sitting in the street for to long, and the guy decides he didn't want to go get his car.
I was originally at the repo yard looking at a 79 camaro, when i seen this and absolutely fell in love with it.
So i got it home, and now it's my new project.
Needs brake lines, fuel lines, a quarter panel, a rocker panel, and some floor pan patches.
Hooked a battery up to it, and it fired straight up, was not expecting that.
The electric door locks/windows are a little wonky, the solenoids go off the hook when the car has power.
Anyway, i'm a pharmacy tech who loves classic rock and modern metal/hardcore music and play way to much xbox (scarinu10 is my GT btw
