Hey, I am a new monte owner I have a 1999 z34 and wanted to get an exhaust for it, any ideas about what I should get? I was thinking about getting a flowmaster but I don't know what type to get or if I should get a differnt brand, let me know what I should do, thanks!

 

Welcome to MCF. I'm sure you will find a plethora of knowledge about your monte as we have many members here who own that same generation.

 

I recently put Flowmasters on my monte, and I can't imagine the motors have changed too much over the course of 5 years. Check it out in the Sights and Sounds thread. I like it. The Magnaflow Turbo doesn't sound half bad either. Take it to a muffler shop and then have them hold different brands and models to the pipes and listen. This is how I chose mine. Let us know what you decide on.

 

So you heard the Magnaflow? How did it sound next to the Flowmaster?
