Hello, I am having an error message displaying on my dash of my 2006 Chevy Monte Carlo SS. It has been reading engine hot a/c off for about a week now. I was told that it may be a sensor or thermostat issue. Can anyone help me out on this?

Welcome to the forum, You might want to do a flush, sometimes the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets are the issue.
