coolant elbows

Is it a new one?
It should come out by pulling it, might break though. When I installed mine I used some Vaseline to help them slip in easier lol

If it's still in one piece wiggle it up and down while pulling. If that doesn't work spray some penetrator at it and spin it while pulling. If you broke it and youre trying to get a piece out, I have always used a seal puller to get that out.

yikes.. Those went bad on the series II on my Grand Prix.. Never could figure out how to reach those and had to pay an arm and a leg to get them replaced... I agree with Pacer give it a shot after giving it a spray of penetrator.

Often when part of the elbow is busted and stuck in the intake, I can use a screw driver to spin it a little, so i now have something to grab it with using needle nose pliers.
Takes me about 30 minutes to change elbows out (not counting filling and bleeding air from the cooling system).
