I own a 2000 Monte Carlo ss
I am a product of Miami and have been a Miami heat and hurricane from birth

Do you have a check engine light? If so what code(s) were thrown?

Could be electrical and not mechanical. Check for loose ground at pump or could be a bad fuel pump relay/solenoid.

I have checked everything including wiring...nothing touching and nothing loose....

Maybe have the battery tested some time the have just enough juice to turn on the accessories in your car but not enough to turn it over.

Auto zone will test them for free
