Default 3.8 idle problem

How is the correct way to re-install the throttle position sensor. Maybe I am not understanding
correctly, The sensor is fastened to the throttle body housing. The throttle body housing has a "what looks like a t-bar type plug of which the sensor fits to it. The question is at what angle the bar should be. Mine is at the 4oclock and 10 oclock position. The sensor fits in very loosely. It just doesn't seem right. Any comments. Thank you so much.

The Throttle Position Sensor is what I am confused about. I removed the sensor and used CRC electric cleaner spray on it. It doesns't seem to fit right back the way it should. Wondering if the "bar" has to be in a certain position for the sensor which may be a spring loaded thing of so sort? A TAB on the sensor has to be on one side of the "BAR" or the other but I don't know excactly which side.
