Do you know if the mis-fire was truly resolved? I ask because I recently dealt with a misfire that while diagnosing it in my driveway went to a full "no start" situation. That specific incident was a bad ICM.

If it is the anti-theft/security system, you will see the message "Security" on the dash.

I rarely see coils fail. The auto parts stores can test an ICM, but I'll warn you:
If the test fails, I would call that safe to trust.
If the test passes, you are still not out of the woods.

Last time I dealt with this, I used a $5 harbor freight spark test light (you connect it inline with a spark plug wire). When using it, I found a specific position with very weak spark (light barely lit while cranking). All other positions, the light was strong. Swapped the coils, the weak spark did NOT follow the coil, it stayed in the same location (validating the coil was fine).
Hope this helps!

Do you have access to a scan tool that can read which cylinders are mis-firing? That will help narrow this down as a p0300 means "multiple mis-fire".

You can begin looking for relationships. It could be a bad injector, maybe a vacuum leak or a failing fuel pressure regulator....
