Default Security Light

Hi MCF,
The other night after a long day at work, I left my door partially open. Dah JC! The next morning the battery was Dead Dead. I got the wifes car and hooked up the jumper cables, turned the key and the security light came on and the car wouldn't crank. After about 5 trys, it started nut the security light stayed on. Later in the day and at the end of the day it did the same thing. Wouldn't start and the security ligjt on steady.
My question is, since the battery was Dead Dead, do I now have to go thru the Relearn procedure to clear the security problem?
Thsnks for the help! B-)
