Default 2004 Monte Carlo won't cranks but doesn't start

I just put my Monte Carlo back together it had a blown head gasket. So I changed the gasket got the head redone. After I put all together I wasn't getting any fuel to the fuel rail so I changed the fuel pump and the filter. Then I changed the battery because I wasn't putting out enough cranking amps. Then I changed the starter because their was smoke coming from the starter I think I burned out the bushings from cranking it. From all of this it won't start. I'm lost of what may be the problem. one last thing I also changed the Ignition Relay. Can someone give me some help???????????????

Hey Teresa,

Your problem might be the ignition switch housing. It's been a common problem lately. It's tied into the theft deterrent system. If it or the ignition look cylinder go bad it will disable fuel delivery. Have you checked for codes? Do you have anything weird happening with dash lights and gauges, or a flashing battery or security light?

BTW...GO HAWKS!!!
