I can't find my interior dashboard color for the metal parts under the dash pad for my 1972 Monte Carlo. I was assuming it was dark saddle but when I order dark saddle carpet which matches the old carpet but is not close to the dash color (see photo). The car color is Midnight Bronze I did find Chevelle color codes but it didn't have pictures of the colors not sure if there the same as Monte Carlo any help will be appreciated.

 

Back in 1972 I ordered a new Chevelle almost got a Monte but didn't. the colors for the Dash area on the Chevelles were all Black even if the interior was Red, or Parchment or Green. I still have an original book form when I ordered my chevelle and I will check it. Maybe there is a code in it too? not sure.
