my daughter bought a 2002 monte carlo ss as her first car
the car is great but it doesnt start when its cold
so far we have checked the battery and charging system are fine
we replaced the starter and the problem still exist
hoping someone has an answer or can guide me to a solution
she is getting upset and is talking about selling the car
