Very nice, you've kept it exceptionally clean. I don't think I've seen your interior color combination in a white car before. Have you had to get many significant repairs? At that mileage, I would hope just maintenance and wear items. Welcome to the Forum.

I had the ignition issue and the radio amp of course. I replaced the tank fuel level sender but their is a cha ching light on all the time for another tank sensor. It does not affect anything but would cost $500 plus to fix as the tank would need to be dropped. other than that just maintenance. I know the colour combo and being limited edition is rare, but how rare. You just can't get any info from GM lol.

Is yours an early production model and doesn't have a fuel tank access panel in the trunk behind the rear seat? Ouch. I assume you mean the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel pump unit. I have the access panel and replaced the sensor last year, I'm about to replace the pump unit (that has a new sensor) now that I know my fuel gauge is not the problem with it reading either full or empty only.

Yes, detailed production numbers are hard to find. 15 years ago or so, the Yahoo Monte Carlo Club Forum (gone) had some numbers that indicated total production over 00-05 of silver SS with High Sport option was about 6k out of some ~390k total production. Black and red were higher. I would suspect white High Sport to be much lower although I believe white was most popular for rental cars.

My fuel tank access panel is under the back seat yes. That is where I pulled and replaced the fuel level sensor. I appreciate your info as well. Thank you

N I C E ! Wow she looks great!
I'm wondering, what makes the Special Edition a Special Edition?
